With 30+ years of experience working hard I know both Placer and Nevada County Real Estate. Serving my clients seeking graceful and luxury lifestyles ~ from Castles to Cottages. I believe the American Dream of home ownership is possible for everyone, given a strong commitment & professional guidance. Knowing that I have succeeded on behalf of my clients is very fulfilling, but earning a clients long term trust, respect, friendship is what matters most.

During my 32+ years in Real Estate I have dedicated myself to my profession. I can’t imagine doing anything else!! It is my belief that to be the best, you have to love what you do and work hard at it full time. Relationships built on trust are those that endure and that is why my clients keep coming back to me. I’m often told by both buyers and sellers alike, that I make it look easy – even the difficult escrows close! Knowing I’ve succeeded on behalf of my family of clients is very fulfilling, but earning a clients long-term trust, respect and friendship is what really matters to me most.

I have been associated with the Coldwell Banker in Auburn-Lake of the Pines for the past 27 years and have been a resident in the lake for the last 32 years. I have been a member of both Placer County Association of Realtors and Nevada County Board of Realtors for over 30 years. I am a Lifetime Masters Club Member in both Placer and Nevada County. All of my properties can be found on the Internet on a number of different sites, including Realtor.Com, Homes101.Com, Gold Country Realtors.Com and SacramentoBee.Com. My listings also have tremendous exposure through Metrolist serving 6 counties as well as Nevada County Multiple Listing Service. I advertise regularly in the Wall Street Journal, Sierra Foothills Magazine, Home Buyers Edge, Homes & Land, DuPont Registry, Home Sellers Magazine and various others. I have a contract with a video virtual tour company which makes stunning visual tours of my listings. I have always kept up on the latest technology and continue to learn as the market changes.
